Tracie first started taking pole classes in April 2015. She became intrigued by pole while looking for a fun way to work out. After trying it, she completely fell in love.
Tracie has been doing this from the beginning with her sister and fellow instructor, Cassie. They tried doubles for the first time in 2016. They competed in the doubles category at two PSO events in 2017 and placed second and placed first at PSO Liberty in 2019.

Lisa’s life long journey began at the age of 4 with her first ballet class, which lead to
years of classical ballet training and eventually dancing in the Corps de Ballet of
several ballet companies. At the age of 16 Lisa took her first yoga class, that which
lead to certifications in both Vini Yoga (yoga therapy) and Iyengar as well as a Stott
Pilates certification. At the age of 19 Lisa began weight lifting that was the onset of a short-lived bodybuilding career.
After 25 years or so of teaching dance, Pilates, and yoga, Lisa took her first pole
dancing class. She fell in love instantly, feeling as if it was the culmination of all her
previous movement endeavors. For the past 8 years she has continued to grow both
professionally and personally through her passion for the art of pole dance. She has
competed in both National and International pole dance competitions. Lisa has
placed 2nd and 3rd in the North American Pole Dance Championships – Masters
Division, and 1st in both Paragon International – Masters Division 2014, and the
Masters Division in the Pole Championship Series, 2015.
All which has led her here, to AirFlex Aerial, this incredible space with it’s even
more incredible community of aerial artists, where she hopes to share her passion
for learning, growing, and self discovery, through movement.
