Jenny Scott received her 200 hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) certification from The Yoga Loft in Bethlehem, PA and is currently enrolled in their 300 hour program. She believes that an alignment based practice is key to keeping students safe as they build strength and flexibility in their bodies. Her sequences are powerful, playful and heartfelt. Students will leave feeling refreshed, nourished and balanced.
Allison is an RYT certified yoga instructor through Lehigh Valley Yoga and took her first pole class two years ago. Since her first class, Allison fell in love with the sport. She recently competed at the 2017 Atlantic Pole Championships where she placed first in the Championship Level 4 division. In addition to pole, Allison enjoys distance running. She has qualified for and run the Boston Marathon for the past seven years. She is currently pursuing the goal of a marathon in each state.
Jen began her fitness journey twenty two years ago. After taking a variety of aerobics classes, all of which she fell in love with, Jen was motivated to get certified (AFAA) to start teaching classes immediately. Jen also took several college fitness courses which helped prepare her to teach. From there on out, she has taught at various gyms, yoga studios, colleges and corporations.
Jen has been practicing and teaching yoga for fifteen years. YogaFit (Yoga for the Fitness Industry) is designed to improve health, performance, and mental acuity of athletes or individuals interested in improving their level of fitness while blending balance, strength, flexibility and power in a fitness format which is do-able at any fitness level.
Jen’s other certifications and trainings include G.E.A.R. Indoor Cycling, Group Fitness/Bootcamp Instructor, Pilate’s through ASFA, Zumba, CPR & First Aid. She also has extensive experience teaching gymnastics.
Jen is a people person and enjoys doing anything active while interacting, teaching or helping people. Whether you are 2 or 72, she will have a plan for you! Jen’s fitness philosophy is, “Taking a little time out for YOU daily will empower you to live a much happier and healthier lifestyle; with that, you will be able to sprinkle that sunshine anywhere and everywhere, whether it’s by giving back to others or just by living and being the BEST version of YOU.”
Jenny Scott- Yoga
Cassie has five years experience in the cheerleading world as a competitor as well as a coach for a competition leauge. She has been training in pole fitness for two years and within that time has been training with her sister for doubles pole. She recently competed for the first time at the 2017 PSO Atlantic Pole Championships, where she placed second in the Doubles category with her sister and doubles partner Tracie Meier.

Karen Fox- Aerial Arts
Karen has taught movement (aerial silk/conditioning, Pilates, yoga, dance) for several decades. Also a performing artist with an extensive background in theatre, circus, music and dance, Karen infuses creativity into all her classes, in an effort to inspire students to elevate their personal experience. She is presently developing material to launch her own entertainment company, which will include aerial dance events.
